Those are both about experimental SSE/AVX acceleration of the FFT routines in Equalization. That code is committed under a #define EXPERIMENTAL_EQ_SSE_THREADED and is not planned for release yet. "Bench" here means a "benchmark": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benchmark_%28computing%29 in this case a test of speed I assume. The "AVX Threaded" and "SSE Threaded" strings refer to multi-threading of computer processes, yes.
