Thanks for letting us know.

I don't know if it's the fix we want, but if you

* set the Audacity language in Interface Preferences on
   "System"
* in the "Languages" folder where Audacity is installed, rename
   the "pt" folder to "Pt_PT"

you should get Brazilian Portuguese in Audacity when Windows Region
Format is set to Portuguese (Brazil), and Portuguese when Windows
Region Format is set to Portuguese (Portugal).

Can you check that works for you?

It seems 2.0.0 did the same when Audacity was set to system language
so it's not a new issue.
