Am not sure whether other download packages, e.g., Mac .dmg that includes Manual also needs another R3. Please advise. We had a long RC2 period, and few changes during that. So I suggest we end RC3 testing at 21:00 UTC on Tuesday March 24, about 19 hours from now. Will post any updates on that target time, if I learn there are hurdles to getting there.
