Can you suggest a translation hint (in English!) that we could use that
would help translators?
How do we tell translators that these two words are different, and the
kind of distinction to make in their language?
(e.g 'bag' (noun) and 'bag' (verb) might help a translator where these
two words differ in their language
or 'nut' (edible) and 'nut' (threaded fastener) might again help
translators. Not clear to me what to say for 'echo' and 'echo...').

This patch fixes the wrong translation of the effect 'echo...'.
*Background:*
The german words 'Hall' and 'Echo' have the same translation into
english: 'echo'.
*The problem:*
In the new version (Audacity 2.1.0) the effects 'echo' and 'echo...'
were both assigned with the translation 'Echo'. But this just suits
for the effect 'echo'. The effect 'echo...' needs the translation
'Hall' for making sense in german.
The attached file should fix this problem and avoid irritations in the
future.
