Testing on W7-HP 64-bit - looking good ...
1) downloaded both the exe and the zip versions - both fine
2) confirm now that cherry Bug 1060, single Repeat now works fine(with the
caveats that Gale raised yesterday)
3) Ran through my two functionality tests in the
Wikihttp://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Testing:_LP/tape_transcriptionhttp://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Testing:Recording_web-stream_and_exporting_the_resultBoth
ran sweetly
4) Exercised scrubbing and the Timeline enhancements - both working as expected
5) Tested Leland's new plugin manager, working as expected
6) Tested user presets an factory resets on a handful of effects
7) Tester Robert H's new Vocal Reduction & Isolation effectworking as expected.

RC3 fixes potential crashes importing OGG files that contained an
embedded image and restores the Interface Preferences choice for
Chinese (Simplified) language.
RC3 also removes Corsu and Nepali language from the Audacity installer
for Windows because Audacity does not yet have translations for those
two languages.
