Any chance this encoding problem could be fixed?
I have reported it before i think but as this is a mailinglist i can't
give a link to a bug tracker page as far as i know.
Anyway the problem is that is says something like "Hã,jttalere..." but
should say "Højttalere...".
The string is properly comming from Windows.
Screenshot is from Windows 7 and
audacity-win-r396a6f0-2.1.3-alpha-26-nov-16.
