Yes. A decision by RM that that was acceptable (for the beta).
The RM may decide to open up translation again before producing actual
release candidates, and add a small number of strings. But that is his
decision, not mine.
Also in the build information tab it says:
"Check Online"
But in the Help menu it says:
"&Check for Updates..."
But they seems to link to the same thing.
Maybe no reason to have the "Check Online" link in the build
information tab if its in the Help menu?
It is deliberate having both.
