ommissions that were found after the Beta release.

I ran "msgfmt --verbose --check" on the PO files to see if i could find
any problems.
eu_ES.po have CHARSET and use "eu" but file name use "eu_ES":
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=CHARSET\n"
"Language: eu\n"
Should properly be:
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8\n"
"Language: eu_ES\n"
tr.po uses:
"Language: tr_TR\n"
Should properly be:
"Language: tr\n"
Or perhaps "tr_TR.po"
In case anyone want to fix it.
