Thanks.  Unfortunately I can't promise to put this into 2.2.1.

But I hope to be involved in managing translations for 2.2.2, and merge
this work early.

I think too that audacity.pot should be updated more regularly, so that
translators, including the less frequently active ones, are more likely to
contribute useful updates during the release cycle, and we are more likely
to get mostly complete versions for more locales.

And I hope the Taiwanese users will find the complete zh_CN good enough for
their uses.
