A pun in English, but free-as-in-freedom is the intended meaning. Nobody
can inhibit anyone from obtaining and examining the source code, and even
developing and distributing their own versions, which must then become
subject to the same terms. But as it says right there, "selling" copies
does not violate the agreement.
