Pavel, yes we see the emails to audacity-translation.
You can see they are there by visiting the sourceforge archives.
Translation for 2.3.1 is now closed.
Any translation updates received from here on won't be in until 2.3.2.
In other words, no action has been taken on the most recent translation
updates since 20th Dec, and won't be until we finish 2.3.1 development
and start on 2.3.2.
