[Audacity-translation] Translation for 2.3.2 is now closed.

Thanks to everyone who translated for Audacity 2.3.2.  That all went very smoothly thanks to your help.
Translation is now closed for 2.3.2.  We will be building Release Candidates shortly and hope to release by 16th May.
