Where can I find the updated POT file? I want to work on the Irish file?

I've updated the audacity.pot file with the new strings from Audacity,
and we are now open for translation for Audacity for 2.4.2 release.
Updated .po files that match the .pot file are also available from the
same locale directory in GitHub.

Planned closing date for translation is 17th June.

I've asked developers not to create any new strings for translation
between now and release.
