[Audacity-translation] Context variation needed: "Triangle"

Hi,

I suppose that the string "Triangle" should have context variation.

   - libraries/lib-math/Dither.cpp:
      - It represents triangular distribution. "三角形" in Japanese.
   - src/effects/ToneGen.cpp, plug-ins/tremolo.ny:
      - It represents the shape of a wave. "三角波" in Japanese.
