Hi Heino The last translator was Sampo Hippeläinen (sampo.hippelainen at gmail). It has been a few years since the last update, so I think it's safe to create the Finnish language in the (note: unofficial) Audacity Transifex project.
Please read this before starting to translate on Transifex. I already uploaded the latest .po from Github to Transifex. What's your Transifex username?
