Hello Marco, I see that you already joined the project on Transifex. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. You should be able to to download files from transifext for translation and then upload them back.
Poedit also supports TS files that we are using in Audacity 4, so you could continue using it if you wish to translate Audacity 4. I am afraid that Audacity 4 on release will not be 100% accessible, but we are working on it.
