Or better yet, just use Cheat Engine. Free, Open Source and IMO way more advanced. You will have to put in a bit of effort to make it work for you the way you like, but it's a great utility. For honourable purposes, of course. It is, in fact, an application which characterises best what I miss most about Windows and is a perfect demonstration of the hack-'n'-slash approach used by commercial screen readers.
