You will hear a clicking alert whenever the mouse pointer travels off the Flash stage. And if you click the mouse while it's pointed off the Flash stage, it will also sound that clicking alert. You can also gauge where you're aiming by the sound of your gunshots or reloading. It will probably take a little time to get used to aiming using the mouse, but that should be part of the fun, and once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature.
