Your Welcome. Here are the main differences so far:
Dan from the Alpha series is in this game, whereas he is not in the original game whatsoever. He appears as a boss.
Shadow Lady, a cyberg version of Chun-Li from Marvel Vs. Capcom also steps into the tournament alongside Dan. She appears as a boss as well. Her stage is a black recolor of Chun-Li's regular stage.
Evil Ken, an original character made exclusively in MUGEN, is also in the game.
Maybe include Evil Ryu?
The game is "slightly" faster pased than the original.
Originally, Shin Akuma wasn't going to appear in the game, but due to popular demand on the Mugen Fighters Guild forums, I reluctantly decided to put him in as a CPU-only character that you can only play as via random fighter at the character select screen. He shares this status with Dan and Shadow Lady.
Twelve can only transform into either Ken or Sakura, even though the latter isn't in the original SF3.
