@slj: after talking to artemis and get the silver key, go to the stairway at the sout and press enter to go down the stair. Then, go the west some steps and then go south, you will hear that there is a locked door. Open your inventory and use the silver key to unlock the door.
Once you've unlocked it, go north 1 step and go south to find the door again and press enter to go to the courtyard.
