For the radio chat, you can put radio in 1 of your hands and press space on it. currently there is a bug, so it doesn't make a sound when you turn it off. That will disable the messages, but beeps will still be playing.
For the OOC chat, one you are probably finding annoying, you can press f5. We have a lot of languages, but most of them are never used, like serbo-Croatian, for example, that doesn't even exist anymore. If you need help learning the game, you can allways turn back to English. Usually there are friendly people on that will anser your question.
