They do have Bluetooth for headphones and USB for headphones.
A computer for the TV is just one of their uses, it is not all they are used for.
The one above has a headphone jack built in where as the first one does not.
Another thing I was considering is getting something like:

with a keyboard that can flatten against the back of the unit and just use the keyboard rather than the tablet. Or:

and figure out how to attach a keyboard to it over the top of the tablet.
