Hello,
You have to right click the game in steam. With NVDA though, you should be able to use the screen review mode with the numpad, find skullgirls then route the mouse with numpad slash, then right click with the key to the right of the numpad slash, nvda calls it numpad multiply. It's at tiems like this where I wish Steam would read with a keyboard properly so we could jsut use the applications key.
