I would like to see more support for the metro apps on Windows 8.1, it would be awesome. Not that I use them though but some programs are nice there.
The best feature I can think of is to add some gestures for mouse/touchpad on laptops. Such as swipe right with one finger to move to the next item and so on. It would avoid many issues we face when using mouse/touchpad.
Something to improve would be the windows log on support which should give us the ability to use other synthesisers apart from eSpeak which I truly dislike. They say "copy the configurations to the system but it isn't supposed to work on my computers.
