I agree this exclusivity attitude to Shago should stop, it gets people frustrated if they can't buy the character etc. However, for those who can pick him up I suggest you do, even if you don't have the game yet you can still get him when he comes out by going to xbox.com, setting up an account if you don't have one already, adding your payment info and purchasing him. You don't have to worry then since the PC version will have cross-buy and cross-play functionality.
