Hmm, try hitting nvda-8 to go to the parrent window, does it say sync document then?
If not I'm not sure what the problem is. YOu might try this though: download this file

and paste it into c:\users\your_user_name\appData\romaing\bitTorrent sync\ui
then restart bt sync.
I'm not sure if that will work, beacuse I thought it was already in there, but it might not be. So thent ry it again.
