You need to remember that these beta testers are working for you, you are not working for them except that you have said you have something you want them to test.
As long as you didn't set any deadlines when you'll have new versions for them to test, you'll have it when its ready. Don't push yourself into making it a chore rather than something you want to do.
And just because a bug is reported, doesn't mean you have to fix it in your next release. Just fix what you can and leave the rest for later. Some bugs may take several releases to track down and fix, let it, don't stress yourself out over it. As long as it's documented, you'll get to it as best you can, when you can.
