I think it may be some kind of memory issue, as I had no problems beeting it on a first run of the game; that is to say, on my first attempt of the stage after loading the game.
I used the platinum sword only because it was the strongest melee weapon I came across going from the bottom of my list, though I did think about the super hammer.
One thing I still don't like about this game is that it always seems to offer me items or weapons I could have used directly after the stage in whitch I could have used them; like the life booster.
I'm not sure what level yukio expected us to be at while attempting this stage, but the carts would; more offten than not; instakill me with some kind of energy.
Also, another bug, when the running part of the stage starts, it seems to take a few seconds before the stratagy itemes menu will open.
Okay, ranting over...
One other thing, what is the stage 14 shop supposed to be?
