Ok, finally got past 21.3 last night! I did find an odd issue though. Not sure if it's a bug or not.
I used big mines to destroy the carts. I've found that sometimes that doesn't work though. Occasionally when I've tried to go through that stage, the mines do 0 damage when the cart runs over them. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
