I would probably give out my save, if I had a fair save to give. The one I have right now is full of beta exploits.
Spoilers.
The third door from 1-1 is unopenable. It's actually the door to the ladder that you climb up in level 1-3, so no matter what you do, in stage 1 it will just say that you don't have the key for it, even if you do. Same with the elevator in 3-1.
There are 25 stages in the game, each with 4 levels, just as in BK2.
Arq, the only thing I can recommend is to get more ammo for your super plate launcher and get as many hits in with that as you can on the computer before it teleports for the first time. Then switch to a powerful melee weapon, try to kill the monsters it spawns and either jump or use your shield a lot. As of the most recent update, you can check your shield's durability by pressing S while you have a shield equipped, so that should help a lot with using armor.
