To make the game output to the clipboard: first, open the game.
Arrow down three times to get to settings.
Press enter on settings.
Arrow down three times again to get to the screen reader options, press enter on it.
After doing that, you will be in the screen reader menu, press enter.
To use the instant translate add on, press nvda+shift+Y
when ever you come across text in the game or in menus, press NVDA+Shift+Y and The instant translate add on will read it for you.
