Let me explain in more details, please
So, turn on talkback, and go to talkback settings, explore the screen until you find something which reads like: "Talkback suspend and resume shortcut, long press volume keys." check it if it is not checked, and scroll down to another setting which says, "resume from suspend". set it to "from notifications only" because in case you turn off the screen any time during the game, talkback will be resumed when you press the power button or home button to turn it on.
