TextPhoenix has been released

This is yet another program that I've been working on, but never quite finished for years... until today!

From the readme:
TextPhoenix is not unique, not revolutionary, yet for some people it is a badly missed utility for Windows. It allows bulk textual search and replace in multiple files all at once. The files can be located in different folders, as long as they are part of the specified folder.
The program supports multiple encodings, regular expressions, preserving file dates, filters based on either a specified mask or file attributes, backing up changed files and much more!
