how to install glulxe in Linux

Hi. Subject says it all: how do I install Glulx in Linux? I found cheapglk and glkterm, but I'm not sure how to install the Glulxe interpreter itself. (I've successfully compiled glkterm. I'm not sure how to install it or cheapglk.)
