To the person that's stuck on the mud killer, do you have the jump shoes or high jump shoes? If you do, use them. They do a good amount of damage if your stamina is high, because they depend on stamina for damage. If you don't have them, use the megga shooter. I know it takes a long time, but it's actually quite affective against the mud killer even though he has gun resistance. Just run so he can't place a wall, and shoot him. This way, if he tries to place a wall, he places it too late, and you're too far away from the boss!
