ReaAccess hasn't been maintained in years. There's a new solution created by an NVDA developer. It's called Osara. Not sure of the URL, but you probably want to join the mailing list where blind Reaper users talk. The subscribe address is:

Send a blank message to that address, and you'll receive a message requesting confirmation. Reply to that message or follow the link in order to confirm your subscription.
