Most online sport games are management style games, so if you want to manage a bit and don't mind waiting for success then here are a few that I know cause I play them myself.
hattrick, soccer management.
battrick, cricket management.
blackoutrugby, rugby management.
pitwall, grand prix management.
My favourite is blackoutrugby, huge sport is SA, pitwall is also a lot of fun
