It depends on what kind of games you are looking for. Right now with Narrator you can browse the store, invite people to play games, look at messages and notifications. You can also buy games using the website and then download them when you turn on your xbox, because right now Narrator has to be in the US region which is kind of annoying. So we can't actually buy stuff from the console store if you aren't from the US, you have to use the website.
