Re: Problems re-installing NVDA
Hello,
Uninstalling NVDA through programs and features may leaves some files on your system, so I would recommend using any good uninstaller. I myself use uninstaller from puran utilities which is really accessible. It uninstalls the programs and checks for remains of it inside the harddisk where windows is installed. If you need to install this program, please let me know. Also, press windows+R to open the run menu and type "regedit" (without quotes). Find HKEY_local_machine and find software submenu by pressing down arrow. Find NVDA there if it is, and delete it. This may help and you could have NVDA permanently removed from your system. However, it is true that sometimes a number of programs won't willingly leave your system
