Easy.
After you get the clue from the parrot by feeding him a peanut, he will whistle a tune.
Head over to the church to play it.
But in case you don't want to do it that way, I know the code for the organ.
The code should be like this. Up, right, left, up, left, right, up, right. That should unlock the door, if you still can't get the door unlocked, you can hit f5 to skip.
