There is a mud epitaph online at drakkos.co.uk. Just get a mudclient to be able to play it. For iOs there's sixthsense, nebula game, and choice of games titles: choice of zombies, and zombie exodus. Tactical battle has a map pack one shot wonders that is sort of post-apocalyptic.
Try out swamp by aprone and castaways. Castaways is sort of a post-apocalyptic.
Other than that I'm not sure if there are any post-apocalyptic audio games out there.
