That's right. You install Windows, and then you replace half of it. Wouldn't it be nice if Microsoft listened to their customers, and gave them a Start menu they actually wanted?
Be aware that M$ have targeted Classic Shell in the past. I don't use the store, so that's all right, but I couldn't live without Classic Shell. I'm still on 8.1.
