Huh. For some reason I thought you didn't start seeing guns until stage 11. Ah well.
Yeah, I pretty much used the saber for quite a while, I think up to stage 15 with a couple of switch-offs for various things. But it's a pretty sweet weapon, unlike in the last game. It's too bad it never gets any stronger.
