OK, could you check this savegame?
If you move down one tile you will be able to continue auto-exploring. I guess what happened is that path was blocked by something like poison gas or fire, so then auto-explore will not lead you into anything that will harm you, and you simply need to wait until fire dies or gas dissipates, but you also need to position yourself so the character can see the path has cleared or otherwise auto-explore will not know that the pathway is open again.
You enchanted your dagger five times. While that will help you to deal with monsters on these early depths, after depth 10 that is really not going to be good enough. Generally you should not put enchants in weapons unless you find some runic weapon or some high class weapon like war axe or broadsword.
There was a treasure room on the first floor with five magic staves, and you opened the door but didn' ;t take one. Among them there was staff of conjuration plus +4, staff of fire-bolt +2, and staff of lightning +2. If you took any of those and put enchants into it you would be much better suited to fight stronger monster than with your +5 dagger. I would have taken staff of conjuration +4 since its already twice more enchanted than fire-bolt +2 and lightning +2.
There is also captive Ogre on floor 5 you didn't free from shackles. It's right next to where you freed your Naga ally from. You can go back up and free him so you will have two allies. You can also go back to the first floor to take one of the staves in the treasure room. But maybe you should play that dungeon again from the start, to do that press control-n at the main menu and enter this dungeon seed number: 120179747. Don't rush, use TAB key more frequently so you don't miss things.
By the way, Nagas are one of the best allies as they have axe attack. Axe attack hits all enemies that are around. So when you use an axe or war axe for your weapon, unlike with any other weapon you actually want to get out on the open and get surrounded by monsters so you can hit many of them in a single turn. Some other weapons also have some tricks of their own. Anyway, since you have Naga ally, if you find empowerment wand I suggest you use further enchantment scrolls on that empowerment wand and zap your Naga with it at least four-five times so it becomes strong enough to beat even monsters from the deepest levels of the dungeon.
