Brogue: Stories of traveling, leveling and dieing
OK guys. Tell me your stories abotu deep deep dungeons, disgusting rats and more disgusting eels. Powerful weapons, deadly potions and strange scrolls.
I think i managed to get to the tenth floor. I enchanted the first weapon i find in the dungeon till i can use it. I used all my enchant-scrolls for this. Stupid or not, i am drinking every new potion i find. So sometimes life is short, no, very short, maybe even very very short.
Nearly the same with scrolls. I wait till i got two of the same scrolls and then i read one in hope it is a scroll of identify.
Oh yes, i try scrolls and potion on a cleared floor near to the staircase so i can flee from the gas.
I found out that you can use weapons wich normaly need a higher strength. In some cases it is OK but i think only if strength is only 1 or 2 lower than you would need.
I hate the clouds of gas. Did anyone know how to flee from it?
