They're rare, as the dialog will tell you. It says something to the effect of: "Hold on a second! You've come across what we call a deviant manamon." Whether it has just one perfect stat or at least one perfect stat I don't remember as I've only ever seen it once. Random observation: The more I decide to look closely at the dialog throughout the game, the more I wish I hadn't. "... I captured it farely, after it admitted me into its inner chamber." Oops? And another one, "sacroligious." Should be sacrilegious, I'd think? He is calling us blasphemous in this dialog, right? Though on another note, I think "sculded" has been changed to scolded now. At least, I think I saw scolded. I'm pretty sure it still says set where it should say sit though. I could be wrong. I'm a little ways removed from that scene.
