General update:
After an email this morning, I've uploaded a third (tested this time) copy of Mario that includes a standard .exe file. Apologies to all for the mixup and confusion.

That sounds like a visual basic dll by the name; its usually available in any number of packages that install vb dependencies and probably isn't worth hosting on its own.
