Depending on your settings, you may have moved the option out of your rotor. However your settings are set, to check the setting, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > Typing Style and then select "Standard Typing". To avoid these issues in the future, you may find it beneficial to remove the "Typing Style" option from your rotor altogether--should you wish to change this setting in the future, you can simply change it in the Settings app.
