Hi,
After you installed the display, open Growl, either by pressing enter on the system tray icon, or context menu, open growl.
In the window, the tabs are displayed as buttons at the top. You can reach them easily using NVDA's screen review, or the navigator object. Via the desktop keyboard layout:
NVDA+numpad 7 to switch to screen review
Numpad 7 to go to the top of the window
keep pressing numpad 6, till you hear the word: displays
Press NVDA+numpad slash to route the mouse
Press slash to click.
After that, you can use tab to navigate to the list, the arrows to select the display, etc.
