Also, we all knew before installing the add-on that its legality was questionable. So I don't see why anyone should throw a fit about that now.
As for using Narrator in place of NVDA, you do know that you could just use a Sappi5 voice with NVDA, right? True, it would lag like hell, but if you're hell bent on using NVDA, it can be done. And, amazingly, I've also found that Sappi4 voices tend to be more responsive than Sappi5, at least under Windows 10. There are also a couple of other open source packages that can be obtained for use with NVDA. They don't float my boat personally, but they might be better than ESpeak for some folks.
